Nice overall condition. I had the pleasure of taking all these photos. Gelcoat is in great shape overall--only noticed one small nick on the bottom of port side (pictured). Motor looks like is it in great shape. Upholstery shows no tears or stains and vinyl is soft.
It's normally stored high and dry inside a marina warehouse under a cockpit cover. There is some dust is all.
